Flavor Chaser

Some one who digs through a bag of chips, to find the chips with all the flavor on them leaving the undesirable chips for the next person to find, in turn giving them an dissatisfying chip experience.
This can also be applied to Halloween candy, when some one eats all of the good candy out of the bag, leaving all of the cheap, gross, unwanted candy.

"Damn! Why did Kelsey have to be such a flavor chaser?! She ate all the good chips out of the bag, none of these have barely any of the ranch flavor!"

"Kelsey was being a flavor chaser and ate all of the good Halloween candy. All that's left is jaw breakers and this hard, cheap bubble gum. What a dick!"
