Any wizard in media that possesses dark powers. A dark wizard could either serve as the villain or anti-hero of the story and is very different from the traditional good guy wizard.

A few notable dark wizards are Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter and Saruman from Lord of the Rings.

People who dark-zone usually don’t realize that the things they are willing to do are abnormal. These people are similar to a simp but far worse in every aspect.
