Broadway Beautiful

Term that describes a phenomenon that only happens in Nashville Tn on the world famous "Broadway Street" every night at midnight. Sometimes before, the phenomenon is powered by alcohol so it can come on earlier when the scene is poppin. To be "Broadway Beautiful" is to mistakenly believe that the short dress and decorative boots you are wearing make you a 10 and is accompanied by a terrible, belligerent attitude, lack of empathy for everyone around you especially those lowly servers that keep shuttling alcohol to your table for you to slobber down and a mating call that sounds like Woooooooooooo..... ooooooooooooooooo....

Omg, she was pretty rude. No worries mate, she thinks shes hot shit but shes just Broadway Beautiful.

The less than normal beautiful compliment used in the morning. As in, you are “morning beautiful.” It’s a magical term! Sweet, but simultaneously works as an insult. Could be interchanged with, “morning pretty” or “morning handsome.”

You have dried slobber on your cheek and eye boogers, but you’re still morning beautiful.

Beauty Standards

A traditional form of beauty, typically for a certain country. Essentially just the ‘typical’ form of beauty. For example; in Japan, it’s a beauty standard to have larger eyes. Or, how in Mexico, it’s a beauty standard to have lightly tanned skin. Beauty standards vary from country to country, or from person to person, so it isn’t all the same globally.

Jessica: What are beauty standards?
Anne: A typical form of beauty in a country.
Jessica: So may I fit the beauty standard in one country but not another?
Anne: Just because you don’t fit into a certain beauty standard doesn’t mean you’re ugly overall! Different countries have different standards.

stealing beauty

A 90s movie starting Liv Tyler, Jeremy Irons, Rachel Weiz and many other actors. It's a movie about growing up, finding yourself and letting yourself be free, and learning who you really are when you are placed in a abnormal situation with strange, but kind people. It's a good movie to watch if you have difficulties with love, dealing with it's absence, virginity, past memories that are no longer connected to your reality, or you just want to feel good. It's a very good summer movie and, this is a plus, the story is set in Italy.

Last night I watched "Stealing beauty", I wish I had this kind of summer.
