A chav fish is a chav that is also a fish, or vice versa. The difficulty of putting a hoodie on and drinking and smoking when you have flippers and live underwater is pointed out to them, but they don't understand; they only have a three second memory and are really stupid, because they are chavs.
The average IQ of a chav is lower than that of a fish.

Watch the Fish

v. The act of expecting something spectacular to happen only to have a very disapointing and lousy result. It was first said by Homer Simspon while showing his family is "anti-bulglar device" that involved a lot of string and a fish in a bowl. "Watch the fish, Marge. Watch the fish" were Homer's words just before the bulglar went through the mail slot and stole the fish, thus providing a disapointing climax.

My friend wanted to show me this trick on his skateboard but he just ended up making me watch the fish.
