UTTP

UTTP (UTubeTrollPolice) is a group of people who attempt to police fandoms by harassing them. The group was started in 2010 on YouTube and Google+ to harass and raid multiple fandoms for being "Cringe." The group was mainly made up of teens and young children that would harass whoever they deemed fit for a multitude of reasons. However, because it was filled with edgy teens the majority of the group were racist, homophobic, transphobic, islamphobic, and more with members choosing to harass anyone in these major groups. The group lost relevance around 2019 when trolling became more frowned upon. They've harrassed fandoms such as Tumblr Users, Social Justice Warriors, The Avengers, X-Men, DC Comics, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, The Walking dead, Supernatural, Twilight, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, and in more modern times Furries, Anime, My Little Pony, K-Pop, J-Pop, SCP, Major YouTubers, Undertale, Deltarune, Five Nights at Freddy's, Roblox, Minecraft, The Amazing Digital Circus, Murder Drones, GachaLife, Fortnite, Disney, and more. The majority of the time you see them they will use messages such as "UTTP OWNS (Insert Fandom Name Here) AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO CHANGE MY MIND!!" with some saying more harmful things like slurs and hate against previously mentioned minorities.

I was just trying to play some Minecraft last night, but the server I was playing on got raided by UTTP!

Someone who is beyond the point of being simply a clown, but below the point of becoming the entire circus. Those that are deemed an "utter clown" are themselves close to becoming a place of entertainment known as a circus.
