Air Bowing

term referring to novice violin and chello players who pretend to play during musical performances in order to impress their parents.

When I was in fourth grade, all I did was air bow. Carolyn is a really good violin player, when I was her age I just air bowed. There were several children air bowing the concert.

Boring-ness

Boring person, place or thing. The state of being boring. For those who do not know what this is, imagine working in an office cubicle, staring at an Excel spreadsheet full of numbers and pivot tables and your job is to find the ONE number in the sheet that is missing the decimal. Drool slowly evaporates from your lips as you stare slightly teary eyed with your mouth slightly agape you are dimly aware of being in a mindset of between sleep and nausea and have a growing sense of a need to escape, but you can't. Your ass has gone numb from becoming Boring-ness.

While working in an accounting office of 100 poeple, all you can hear is the scratch of pencil and clackety clack of the keyboard, your mind slowly turns to mush as you become the embodiment of boring-ness.

tunnel boning

this is what a person does when they are in the middle of preparing a large leg of lamb for a lavish family dinner, often including in-laws. What they do is remove the bone with an inappropriately long knife for the job, creating a cavity within the meat. Once that is done, the person then pulls his trousers down and gleefully slides his privates into the cavity- thus tunnel boning the leg of lamb.

Oh man! Mark is so into tunnel boning! He does it all the time when he cooks for his in-laws!
