Completely made up word used by people who either haven't heard of, or don't understand the word simplified.

Language can be basicified for the speaker by making up words. The task of the listener is not, however, simplified.

Basic Skills Test

A drinking competition between two opposing players. Each player shall pour 4 oz of beer in to three separate cups and pour two shots of hard liquor. The players shall then engage in a normal game of one on one flippy cup, with the addition of a shot of liquor before the 2nd and 3rd cups. Players may not pass alcohol off to friends or bystanders. The first one to finish all their booze and successfully flip the cups wins.
