The guys who protect you and your fellow citizens, and enforce law and order. Some are corrupt, and some are bigoted, and most of them are arrested. Some aren't, just as some criminals aren't, which is sickening. For the most part they're alright. Some want them abolished, although they have a fetish for being slaughtered by serial killers
