727 is memorable because of a player called cookiezi who set a play on a map called Blue Zenith,
that score was 727PP, which then led to the community saying:

A specific way that girl osu! players get their nails professionally done, most commonly with acrylics. The new nails are done on every finger except the two that they tap with, making them still able to play their favorite game while looking pretty

A free-to-play (F2P) rhythm game, developed by the Australian Coding Genius Dean 'Peppy' Herbert. Originating from the japanese Nintendo DS Game OSU! TATAKAE! OUENDAN!, peppy wanted to have a PC port of it, and several years later, many people are still playing it to this day.
