When someone walks by and their primary focus at the time seems to be your fly/crotch area.

I think Jess is keen on me dude, she hits me with fly-by's all the time.

Walking around with your fly partially or fully down. Warning someone that they are "flying", if they are aware what you mean, can be an informal and less embarrassing way to tell someone "your fly is down".
