a traditional/religious surgical removal of a male's testicles, mostly this was performed on some parts of the Middle East, or whatever place on the world.

Castration is more like a vasectomy but instead of removing a part that involves reproduction, it cuts a major part of the male reproductive system.

Fortunately, animals are instead performed castration.

Castrate a Grinch

When some thing, usually a joke, is worsened by removing parts of it, most often because of reasons like morality, censorship or being afraid of social consequences.

Ex. 1:
"Hey have you seen that new episode of this show already? It was pretty good IMO"
"Yeah, but they castrated a Grinch with that Tianmen Square joke near the end"
Ex. 2:
"Did you know that they had to remove like 1/3 of the script just because she didn't like it?"
"What? No way! They would never castrate a Grinch like this!"

Castration Anarchy

The practice of re-circumcising male genitalia as federal punishment for crimes. This could be a substitute and equal punishment for crimes regarding douche-baggy-ness or other sorts of small-dick behavior. Why not just make it smaller?
