Your "Bestest Friendest" is someone so close, the title "best friend" just isn't enough. However, you can have a best friend *and* and bestest friendest at the same time-- the bestest friendest would be closest of course, and the best friend would be your second closest friend.

Chara is my best friend, but Natalie is my bestest friendest.

When 2 girls are so close as friends they finish each other's sentences and make their other friends jelly of each other's because they just aren't as close.
