Go D. Usopp is a joke used by fans of the anime and manga 'one piece' which defines a member of the main character's pirate crew (Straw Hat Pirates) known as God Usopp, as a part of the will of D. The will of D. Is a group of people who have the D. initial in the middle of their name. Example: Monkey D. Luffy, Marshall D. Teach, Gol D. Roger etc. The joke mainly stems from Usopp being one of the weakest Straw Hats, besides the fans saying (Jokingly) he is the strongest.
