A fault or defect in a system or machine that has been documented, but not yet fixed. A "known issue" differs from a "bug" in the sense that "bugs" are unknown, or at the very least undocumented.
"Customer Service, how may I help you?"
"Oh my god! I bought your new product and when I turned it on it began systematically hunting and killing my friends and family!"
"Yes, that is a known issue."
"What?!"
"It's documented."

When someone says “I have brother/sister issues” they mean they crave brotherly/sisterly love. They crave someone to make fun of, someone to hate, someone to love, someone to talk about to their parents, someone to share things with, to share everything with. Anyone can have brother issues.

A woman's period : usually used when a woman does not want to use the word "period" or other words that sound a bit "gay" - usually when talking about it in past tense.
Person one: Hey whassup girl, how you doing?
Person two: I'm okay, just in pain.
Person one: Why, what's wrong?
Person two: My boobs are aching a lil'
Person one: Why's that?
Person two: I just came off my lady issue

An issue that has been made to appear black or white, wrong or right, one way or the other. These issues are intended to appear as though there are no other alternatives. People tend to polarize issues in an attempt to further their religious, environmental or political agendas.
"It's a polarized issue, you're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem."
"They polarize the issue to make it look like everyone either supports homosexuality or hates homosexuals."
