"Skeeting" is the act when someone is nervous, high, paranoid, in a major rush, looking for something thats pretty shady in nature, acting in a generally suspiscious manner... (or all of the above)

and you can tell a mile away.

"All of these crackheads skeet-skeet-skeeting around here is making me think twice about renting in this neighborhood"
