The inability to produce any coherant thought pattern. Often a side effect of, but definitely not limited to, alcohol or drug consumption.

I don't know what happened last night, but i sure as hell am feeling scatterbrained this morning!

Scatsta

A place and airport in Shetland Islands, where the airport staff wipe scat from the catering staff on there faces on a daily basis, any left overs are used as filling for the various sandwiches. Staff include the Security guard formerly known as Red Beard.
