The act of Sexual Activity where sexual partners are in desperate need to have sex but refrain from doing it for a better time/location. Rom Poms are often carried out in back of the car, on a bus journey or in a secluded public place. A Rom Pom can include touching or stroking each other’s genitalia, rubbing on each other and prolonged kissing.
