A derogatory term that mostly 4Chan users and/or incels use towards transgender males, who transition from female to male. The term's origin date is unknown.
The word comes from "poon", which is a word used to refer to a vagina.

Peter: "John is probably a pooner."
Alex: "Dude, go outside."

Someone who seduces women in quantity, more of a Don Juan as opposed to a casanova.
