A term first used by famous Tumblr user Rachel Linklater, "That is not funny" is a phrase said by a triggered person in response to an offensive joke. This is often followed up by the reasoning behind the un-funniness of the joke.

"you're funny" to which the receiver of the compliment might reply "you're funny too." People around aren't quite sure which meaning is being used, and so it doesn't make things awkward. :)
