A Tom Blunt refers to a blunt that is rolled magnificently, tastes good, and gets you so baked you cannot function. The name Tom Blunt refers to a stoner from Nova Scotia, Canada, named Thomas Mombourquette, who could roll a blunt that would put you on another planet in just 1 hit. Legend has it someone dared to smoke a full authentic Tom Blunt and fainted.
