A state of mind which one will hear and live a conversation but will not retain any information therefore leaving them in a state in which they are left drawing a blank.

Adj. A code acronym to refer to slutty bitches. Sounds the same as the originial term BLACK-OUT with a k, but BLAC-OUT does not refer to the mess vomitting Crat in the corner. It stands for
