Abbas agha is a scary man that you have to listen and say ok whatever he says and now become an expression in persian language. When a boy talk to his girl with "you must do.." or "you can not do..." girls say "chashm abbas agha" it mean "ok abbas agha" to make fun of their boyfriend.
