Qream (Adjective, Verb)is something only brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated (AKA Que Dawgs) can posses. A Que Dawg that is qreamy is usually a well rounded brother that is well educated, has superior physical fitness, exhibits manhood, and is a nasty, nasty dawg. Qream comes naturally and cannot be learned or taught. In other words.. qream is actually what you think it is, but for censorship and appropriateness we will leave it at this for now.
