Gringo Starr

The only British member of the Mexican rock and roll band The Braceros. Originally from Liverpool, England Gringo played the sitar in a band that originated the "Mercy Sound." The band quickly replaced him when they found another sitarist who could also play the drums. Undettered, Gringo moved to Mexico City and learned how to play drums.
