GHS
GHS or geek in high school syndrome: a male who was considered a geek or a nerd in high school, but has tried to shed that image in adulthood. After high school, he joins a fraternity, pumps a lot of iron, dates bimbos, and drives flashy cars to compensate for not being popular in his youth. Ironically, as nerds, they were sweet and nice, but now have become arrogant and cliche. It is a very sad condition, and there is no known cure at this time.
Ryan used to be so nice in high school, but now he is arrogant and unpleasant to be around. He has a severe case of GHS.
