When you don't want to listen to someone's conversation, or hear what they have to say. When you could care much much less about what they have to say.

Person A: PENGUIN LOVE ! :D
Person B: I don't care what you have to say. It is random and unnecessary.

A rare form or honesty that can't be taken by any and everyone. When you basically just get to the point and say you not giving a fuck about whatever it is a person is saying.

"So what I wanted to tell you is, I think I'm in lo----"

(Cuts her off) "Don't Care." (Walking away is optional)

don't care (hand gesture)

The Don't Care hand gesture consists of the sweep of the right arm with an open palm, followed by the abrupt closing of the hand in front of the face, at this point, you yell out "Don't Care". It is symbolizes shutting a cell-phone and neglecting to answer a phone call from an unwanted caller.

Example:

At a large party, Amanda looks at her phone. It is from Ashley, a friend she is avoiding all night. She opens it, waves it front of her, shuts it, and yells "Don't Care." The room erupts in laughter. Thus, completing the don't care (hand gesture).

Is what an asshole says when you tell something that is actually interesting.
It's often because they feel insecure about themselves or because they have had a lack of a father figure during their childhood.
This sentence is often followed by the therm "cringe"

"Yo man, sorry if I don't act the way I usually do, it's becausemy grandma died yesterday"

Jimmys hair was very messy, but everyone could clearly see that it was a don't care- cut.
