The phrase was discovered after delving very deeply into Google Translate. Its usage and context is generally unknown, although it seems to always be typed in all caps.
I copied and pasted a bunch of crap into Google Translate in Japanese and it translated to DECEARING EGG. Is Translate still that bad at Japanese?
