When someone delays a project they've been announcing so many times you simply lost faith in the project being finally made.

It is based on the famous 70s pop band ABBA, which announced new music in December 2018 and kept delaying it until November 5th, 2021.

Person A: "Are you going to release your song today, as you promised?"

Person B: "No, I'm releasing it next week."

Person A: "That's so ABBAesque of you."
