To be smartied is to have the round nub (smartie) on top of your baseball hat jammed down onto the top of your head by some loathesome person.

One of the smartest people on the planet. Aka Mocha boy / Wannabe gangster. He is so attractive. Likes to wear Ray Ban sunglasses. Is a great programmer and mathematician.
