Also known as, Platonic
relationship.
In simpler terms a love or special kind of attraction that is beyond physical or carnal desire. Unlike unrequited love or being 'friend zoned', in a Platonic
relationship both are usually aware and acknowledge the desires they have for one another but this does not manifest in typical romancing or courtship usually out of fear of rejection, personal inadequacy or even principles, thus remain ambiguous. Platonic love may bloom into a full fledged
relationship or fade to obscurity.
