A sexual word relating to defecation. A man takes a suitable size of excrement and stores it in the freezer. At a later date when he and his partner are having sex, he removes the frozen poo and shoves it up her vagina to bring her to orgasm. When complete, he places the poo in her mouth and proceeds to go down on her to remove all traces.

Meth-heads by nature have nil, or at best, limited teeth left.

Hence the pronunciation of "Meffed Up".

Can be used to describe a person's appearance, or an egregious situation, the term can be used quite broadly and still remain effective in meaning.

Did you see that lady back there... (grimaces/smirks) "Dude, she was all meffed up!!"
