The act of applying ghetto losh entails the following: a ghetto male or female finds themselves in need of some relief from their ashy skin. In this instance, said ghetto male or female applies copious amounts of ghetto losh, an elixir also known as water, to their ashy skin. Happiness ensues. Caution: not nearly as effective as white people lotion or Vaseline. So basically, it's water...
