A combination of the words flounder and blunder. To make daily mistakes without learning anything from your prior actions and mode of uncomfortability. A repetitive nature to be a fuck up.
I refuse to give birth due to the fact that I would have to watch them flunder around for the rest of my life.

The act of attempting to weasel out of one's responsibilities by blaming others and/or pretending all is well, but done in a fashion that could, at best, be described as incompetent.
The Minister of Health was found guilty, once again, of flundering in an attempt to reapportion blame whilst simultaneously pretending that everything was "okay".
