A process that involves the systematic disintegration of the brain, often a consequence of an extremely befuddling statement or assertion, such as an ancient chinese proverb or a sentence in Latin.

Person 1: did I confuse you?
Person 2: yeah i was on the brink of neuro-defragmentation

Person 1: So you say he was trying to listen to classical music whilst watching scuzz and doing a crossword in spanish at the same time?
Person 2: I'm afraid that's the truth, yes.
