Short for 'Hembränt', a swedish term for homemade alcohol, or something in the likes of potheen, or Illicit spirits.

Basic prodecures such as mixing sugar, yeast and juice will make you "HB". The more sugar, the stronger the alcohol mix gets, and therefore you can get the alcohol mix in the "HB" almost as strong as pure petrol.
