Sleepation 

A Portmanteau of the words "sleep" and "vacation".

Sleepation is a period of time completely dedicated to recovering sleep with short periods of wakefulness for eating,drinking(water),vitamin supplementation,hygiene,toilet trips and small periods of non intensive exercise.

Sleepation is a word commonly used by insomniacs and the occasionally sleep deprived.

Antonym: no sleepathon - an event where sleep is deprived beyond standard 16 hours.

When a women has a wet dream and wonders why she actually had an orgasm without stimulation. The only explanation is that she was Sleepbating. Sleepcaking is the act of baking, retrieving, and consuming cake(s) while in a deep sleep state. Warning signs are, but are not limited to:

Cake in sleep area with no known explanation of how it got there

Frosting on pillow

Excessive weight gain with no visible change in diet

Sleepcaking is rather disturbing for those not acquainted with it
