A combination of midget and Hitler. Describes a tyrannical boss or supervisor who is also a dwarf.

He: "That little asshole supervisor who makes the weekly schedule is making us work Saturday!"

Midgetler 

A tyrannical and or fascist person of small stature whom.

1. Commonly assumes a place of authority when a vacuum of power is formed.

2. Is prone to violence when their authority is questioned.

3. May or may not wear a murderous moppet or pupa costume.

Man, I can’t believe that those little ”Midgetlers” expect us to rebuild this whole fricken place. What are the odds we'll get lucky enough they'll pull a double Villechaize on themselves?

A noun with no definite meaning but can be put in the place of any noun, verb, or adjective. Can refer to something being small, or shrinking. Also allows for prefixes. Example: Fridgiter it could mean anything or cold. Comes from a long line of corruptions idiot - igit -igiter -migiter.
