Pokephilia is considered as a physical ilness which occurs by giving references to pokemons in a specific, addictive way. It may lead to serious changes in the neurotic system and how we percieve the real world.

Annubis_ said he saw a guy that looked like Ash when he summons Pikachu. - this is a real pokephilia example.

Poképhillia 

Poképhillia is being sexually attracted to Pokémon. Anyone of any age, gender, or sexual orientation can be a Poképhile. Some Poképhiles are only attracted to the more humanoid Pokémon (such as Gardevoir and Lopunny), but many others can be attracted to many other kinds of Pokémon, depending on the person.

Poképhobia

A condition not yet recognized by the American Psychiatric Association and not currently identified in the DSM-5. Wherein a sufferer develops symptoms of paranoid agoraphobia and addiction from identifying and having to fight invisible monsters that can only be found on their cell phone and require immediate catching.

I have not seen Michael in a week, I think he is suffering from Poképhobia and is too afraid to come outside of his apartment.
