In an office setting, it's when one normal hard-working co-worker gets a lecture/story from a rude, annoying co-worker (usually named Dan) about something that is completely unimportant and irrelevant to the normal co-worker, and the lecture or story is most commonly about something that has already been heard by everyone numerous times.
It can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a half-hour to finish a Dantini, but the effects won't wear off for days in some cases. It is not uncommon to get multiple Dantini's in one day.
