Miggs 

Common expressions; To miggs someone, You got miggsed.

Refers to the character Miggs in the Silence of the Lambs film and in particular to the scene where he tosses semen into the face of Jodie Foster's character.

The action of miggsing someone is to fein masturbation whilst having your back to someone as they are walking by. As they draw level, spin round and fein throwing semen at them. If the person you are miggsing is familiar with the practice then they are obliged to fein catching the semen in their mouth followed by an exaggerated swallow and a loud "yum, yum" exclamation.

This expression and charade is believed to have orininated in the Slough area, circa 1996.

A young man who lives in southeastern Connecticut in a trailer park with his parents. This guys delivers pizza for the local Dominoes pizza joint, while delivering pizza he usually takes the time to steal an item or two from the customer's house. The guy is very well like by older women for his charm and boyish looks and can't say no to their advances. He also demands the you spell his name with a capital M.
