Uncontrollable tiredness during long car rides. Doesn't necessarily mean that you're tired but you just end up falling asleep to pass time or sleep.

"Yeah any car ride longer than an hour and a half, I just fall asleep even if I'm not tired. I must Me a Carpoleptic ."

carcoleptic 

Person who falls asleep immediately upon sitting in an automobile. Person who suffers from carcolepsy.

The bobbing head, drool and loud snoring clearly identified the person sitting in the passenger seat as a carcoleptic.
