Vootie originated in 1955 in a Mad Magazine parody where Dave Garroway's chimp (J. Fred Muggs - who also painted a cover for Mad) takes over the show. Instead of Dave's signoff, "Peace", the monkey said "Vootie". It was later used in 1996 as an exclamation in Star Control 3 by a race called the Xchagger.

All purpose exclamation of elation, pleasure, joy, surprise, or other positive emotion...no proper usage of the word Vootie requires git-type !!1!!one after it. Vootie! is the correct form.

A vegan cookie; a cookie made without eggs, milk, butter, or any animal byproduct. Vookies are traditionally healthier for people than regular cookies and they can be quite delicious.
I tried the most amazing vookie yesterday from that vegan bakery in Brooklyn. It was way better than a non-vegan cookie.
