RLD
This is a lingo used to say "Red Light District" which is a place where there are lots of brothels in adjacent building. The term comes about because a lot of these building use red lights on their balcony window and stairways. This is a general trend seen across the globe.
RLD
R-espect L-evel D-own, an acronym which means that people will now respect you less. It is also similar to being owned or served because "railed" is what happens when you are shot with a rail gun in Quake. Rail guns are considered to own because they make for one-shot kills.

The smaller RLDS - along with Joseph Smith's wife - did not approve of Polygamy and has never practised it
not to be confused with FLDS which was a later split - in Utah - of Mormons who wanted to carry on polygamy,y after the 1890 official LDS ban
