A saying just like, what ever floats your boat, but in a sexual manner.
Dude, that girl looks ugly, but what ever beats your meat i guess...

What are you, half a meatball? 

A phrase used to refer to something as stupid, dumb, or fail.

It also indicates that someone's brain is the size of half of a meatball.
EXAMPLE:

John: 2+2=5!
