2. Used to address a previous poster on a website to address their posting.
If urban dictionary had a comment section, people can carry on an at-scussion by doing this:

I was glad to see that drunk Jock get beaten after the playoffs. That Ladies husband sure hit em hard. I told him he was about to be a mediho-stussion if he kept flapping his lips.
