Not to be confused with Biggie Smalls. When it's butt nasty, hot, sticky and dank outside. Humid oven like weather that makes you're skin suffocate and your balls smiggy especially when wearing underwear.

I have to have an extra dedicated stick of deodorant for smiggie balls weather like this.
