a person whose intellectual capacity seems somewhat misaligned to that required for the task they are supposed to be performing.

It wasn't us, it was a result of the Goobaheads which were supposed to be doing the job correctly in the first place.

One of a variety of vegetables grown exclusively in the amazon river delta. This vegetable is a hybrid of the extinct plants the gobba and the heema. Scientists are currently working on a soil that would allow the gobbaheema to be planted in every countrys so all my enjoy its excelent taste.
