dinlow 

Dinlow, or dinlo, is the Romany word for an idiot or fool. It has also been incorporated in the rural dialects of some farming communities, such as Portsmouth in Hampshire, where there is a large gypsy population.

A worzel overheard talking in a Portsmouth inn: "I are a right dinlow when I bin shanting."

Dinlow 

Word used to describe an idiotic person - in the situation where a person has done something idiotic they can be referred to as a dinlow. A person can also be identified as a dinlow for being known to do idiotic things on a regular basis. Similar to twat.

A word used to describe someone with low intelligence.
Also used as an insult when someone has said something stupid.
(First heard at secondary school in the 90's in Gloucestershire.)
It has many variations in spelling...

Dinowilliams Disease

Dinowilliam's Disease is a non-contagious disease that occurs when someone is "whipped without having a female lover", as quoted by Prof of Commerce, Philip Phung, Melbourne University.

In short, this refers to someone who DOES NOT have a girlfriend, but still contains the symptoms associated with being whipped.

The following includes but is not limited to some of the symptoms:
- Messaging all the group chats (whether it be the basketball group chat, tennis group chat, etc, but does so to get info on girls as opposed to actually socialize)
- Throws 6 million parties despite being in woop woop so no one can actually get to his house
- Ditching your friends on your Eng Lang table
