Techfin 

Unlike a Fintech, who is dedicated to enabling financial or payment technology, a Techfin is first and foremost a technology company, who happens to consider payment to be one part of their holistic customer experience.

Techfin's are often large organisations that are designing complete consumer ecosystems and require integrated payment capability.

A Techfin could also be a small niche provider of services such as billing with integrated payments. These kinds of providers are emerging as part of the growing Open Banking space in a number of markets.

If the banking sector is unable to implement a cohesive and effective strategy to enable high-value digital consumer payment experiences, then the Techfins will implement it for them.

Teching 

In fighting games, teching is defined as the process of recovering from hit stun sooner than you would normally by waiting it out.

In smash bros, it can be done by pressing the guard button a few frames before hitting the ground.

It will look as though the character catches themselves before they hit the ground and get back on their feet. It is an important skill when going up against a character with great power that delivers strong hit stun.

Neo was able to use teching to get out of that hit stun before JC could throw a more serious blow.

Teching out

To "tech out" or be teching out, one is high from speed or meth and may or may not be displaying signs of a jib teck warrior or princess.
Another BC slang term.

"Last night those warriors were teching out large!"
