One time when I was a much younger gosling in my 20s, I had a mishap with a tampon. It was a light flow tampon, so it was one of the small ones. A self-descriptive term for a perception of self while in the middle of a depressive episode or burnout, meaning to be highly inactive and allow one’s self/surroundings fall apart. Particularly associated with neglecting grooming habits like showering, shaving, and cutting nails.
